Late Policy, Refund Policy, No-Show Policy
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. This is how you receive your registration confirmations/receipts and your certification card. Please note that emails may go to your spam, so please check your spam. Splendid Healthcare Training is not responsible for emails input wrong at the time of registration or emails that go to spam and are not checked.
PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: According to AHA guidelines, you must have the ability to push at the proper depth on the manikins consistently and administer breaths properly. This is an AHA requirement for the SKILLS portion of the class. If you have any physical issues or health problems that may prevent you from meeting this requirement, we suggest choosing a later date when remedied or speaking with us prior to completing your registration. We will make accommodations as allowed. However, you may be required to return at another time if you are unable to pass the skills portion and you will not be able to receive your certification card.
IF YOU ARE LATE: Out of respect to our students and AHA training guidelines, we start class on time. If you are 10 or more minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a rescheduling fee. Please see fee chart below for rescheduling fees.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE: Life happens. If you need to reschedule your class, just let us know at info@shctraining.com and we will re-schedule you to another class that best fits your schedule. There is NO FEE to reschedule, as long as you contact us within the rescheduling window. Please see chart below for the class reschedule window.
NEED TO CANCEL: All cancellations must be in writing. Please send your cancellation email to info@shctraining.com. All classroom course will be refunded in full as long as cancellation was made prior to the reschedule window. *No refunds for any online or blended learning courses. Please see fee chart below for the reschedule window.
MISSED YOUR CLASS (NO SHOW POLICY): Splendid Healthcare Training has held your spot, turning away other students. No refunds are offered, but we are willing to roll over your initial payment and reschedule you to another date plus the rescheduling fee. Please see fee chart below for rescheduling fees. ​
